    My husband and I recently opened an account with Hatcher Sanitation. Unfortunately, we have had to move around a lot so we are new to this area (Terrell, Tx). At the other addresses we've had larger and yet less responsible sanitation crews/companies that have also charged far more for quite a bit less. Other sanitation companies post the holiday schedule on the website or send out an advert to the customers saying what day the catch up day would be-or if there was one and somehow always miss it. However, the one thing that has truly impressed us the most is also a dual edged sword. We set our trash by the road, for nothing more than to get it away from the house due to the prospect of animals on the property at night and the smell. It just so happened to be the night before Thanksgiving-which also fell on our regular trash day. We had ZERO anticipation of it actually being picked up. ZERO. Actually had hoped it would not be, simply due to it being Turkey day. You could imagine our surprise when we set our other 2 cans out by the road on Thursday night to find the first can had sat empty all day. We were both happy the trash was gone but a little sad for those who had worked that day and not been with their families. Hopefully, that was a choice they made and not exactly the way we imagined. So, continuity looks great on the family owned company, I think... NOT complaining at all...but I wish everyone could have been off for the holiday... Not to say some were and some were not. Just saying-EVERYONE needed to be at home. Trash should be able to wait one day, right? Probably not. I don't know, I'm just a nobody not in the realm of sanitation....but dang it, you guys rock! Hopefully you all got a MAJOR bonus, some great food and an extra day off! Thanks for the awesome job. Would totally recommend you to anyone looking!

    We just move to Crandall and they technically will take your money right away when you open a new account but don't put your service right away, they told me at the office it would be ready the next day, I called early in the morning and they said I have to wait another day then I called today and tell me that I have to wait until the end of the WEEK!! SO TILL FRIDAY! with no water service at my house!?? What kind of company is this??? It's not my fault that they have somewhere else to be to fix broken pipes!! I already paid for my service!!!     I paid my bill 3 days prior and they still auto drafted $123. I called and they explained that it takes a few days to process the transaction and the system had not caught up yet. Ok I get that, totally understandable. They said they would issue the refund check on Tuesday which I was fine with.. It has now been three weeks and I have called three times with no response as to why I have not received my refund check. They finally called me saying that it will get approved on Tuesday.. so it will be almost 4 weeks that I would receive my refund. Very disorganized and a communication error or something in their department which doesn’t reflect well on the company and obviously their clients are not a priority…
